| Stone resources are easily exploited and highly utilized,resulting in quarries that are widely distributed and numerous worldwide.With the structural transformation of the economies of developed countries and the shifting of traditional manufacturing and extraction industries,quarry wastelands emerge progressively.Particularly as urban areas expand,The adverse social,economic,environmental and urban development impacts of quarried waste land are becoming increasingly evident.Scholars at home and abroad have relatively perfect theories and practices on the management of waste land,but most of them have a unified discussion of all waste land,and there is less research on quarry waste land.In the context of China’s urban double repair and sponge city policy,how to quarry waste land for ecological restoration and landscape renewal is an important issue facing urban development and ecological environment enhancement.This study firstly clarifies the concept and classification of quarry waste land according to the existing research literature,proposes and clarifies the concept of lake-type waste quarry pit and landscape renewal design,and analyzes the characteristics of lake-type waste quarry pit renewal design.Using restoration ecology,landscape ecology,and sustainability theory as theoretical guides,explore the application of the theories to the restoration of abandoned land.To summarize the cases of quarrying and waste land renovation at home and abroad,Parc des Buttes-Chaumont,Shanghai Chenshan Mine Pit Park and Nanjing Tangshan Mine Pit Park are used as typical cases to analyze their design methods and learn from their role.Secondly,the Fenghuang Lake Park in Nansha,Guangzhou,is used as the object of research and analysis from three aspects,namely,overview,design scheme and completion effect.By analyzing the location of the park,the natural environment,the topographic conditions and the causes of the topography of the lake,the basic conditions of the transformation of Fenghuang Lake Park are summarized;then the park design plan is elaborated,including the overall project planning,the park layout and the design of various landscape elements,and its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed;then the park’s completion effect is evaluated by water quality,plant diversity and post-use evaluation through data research.The evaluation of water quality is based on one-way analysis and comprehensive water quality index,while plant diversity is evaluated by species richness index,species diversity index and uniformity index,and post-use evaluation of the park is based on a questionnaire survey to explore visitors’ satisfaction with the park landscape design,road system and landscape facilities.Finally,combined with the theory and research and analysis of the previous article,it isproposed that the lake-type abandoned quarry pit update "one centre,two points and three elements" of landscape renewal design approach,that is,according to local conditions,water as the core,closely combined with ecological restoration and landscape transformation two points of content,design from layout optimization,material landscape elements optimization,cultural landscape elements optimization three aspects.Coordination of regional planning,creation of ecological networks,selection of ecological floating islands,selection of native plants,balancing landscape and safety of facilities,stimulation of site culture and set up science education signs.Using the case study of Fenghuang Lake Park in Nansha as an example,this paper supplements the theory of quarry waste land,and proposes the design method of landscape renewal of flat lake type waste quarry pits,which not only focuses on the greening of waste land or functional design,provides reference for subsequent research and practice. |
