At present,China’s economic development is progressing steadily with a strong development trend.The rapid development of economy also drives the development of power grid.Distribution network,as the final interface between power network and power users,is the last link of electric power transmission,and plays an important supporting role in economic development.Its importance is self-evident.Planning and construction of urban power grid is an important task for current power enterprises.How to ensure that urban power grid can provide high-quality power supply for regional economic and social development and the improvement of people’s living standard is the main problem faced by urban power grid planning.This paper studies distribution network planning in ** city,based on the domestic and foreign research present situation and the development trend of power distribution network planning,As an important support for distribution network planning research in ** city,then the regional economic development and distribution network construction status of ** city are analyzed,And from the power supply capacity,operation risk,structure,equipment and other aspects of the distribution network problems are expounded,for the next planning work to provide planning objectives and basis.Based on the actual situation,this paper analyzes the historical power consumption,power consumption structure and load characteristics of ** city,at the same time combined with each district and county economic and social development planning,as well as the recent major new industrial projects demand,respectively,by using artificial neural network prediction method,grey theory method,regression prediction method,the "big user + growth rate" method for load forecasting,based on the model of forecasting methods of error analysis of the characteristics and applicable scope,eventually the big user + growth rate method is adopted for electric power demand forecasting.Then,according to the substation planning requirements of ** city,after determining its planning objectives and principles,the power balance analysis is carried out for the entire grid planning of the city to provide an accurate basis for the following planning work.By establishing a substation planning model with the lowest substation planning cost in ** city,the objective function with the lowest substation construction cost,transformer purchase cost and network loss cost is formed,and genetic algorithm is adopted to solve the model.Finally,the planning results of 35 k V and 110 k V network substations are obtained.Finally,in order to ensure the economy and reliability of the planning results,the application analysis of 35 k V and 110 k V distribution network construction investment projects in ** city was carried out through the construction of the project investment benefit evaluation system,and the optimal portfolio sequence of distribution network investment projects was realized.First investment in the whole ** city planning is a detailed information collection and summary,summarized the construction schedule of rates for investment detailed planning of the city of the amount of different voltage grade of investment planning,and collects and analyses the different project investment budget sheet,and then explores the project schedule and investment distribution,the relationship between the distribution network construction investment projects in meet the technical requirements,on the basis of safe and reliable,to further satisfy the economic target,realize the maximization of the benefit of the under the limited capital.Through the investment estimation and social benefit analysis of the planning scheme,the conclusion of distribution network planning in ** city is finally drawn,and corresponding Suggestions are put forward for the planning and construction of distribution network.
