| Distribution network planning is an important guidance and foundation for the construction of distribution network.It has a very important role for being the end of the power grid to provide power directly to the user,which aims at supplying users with a safe,economical and high quality power.With the rapid development of national economy,a series of factors increased a lot of risks to the safety and economical operation of power system,such as the distribution network construction lags behind the power building,low degree of automation,poor reliability,high line loss,lag adjustment.With the improvement of people’s living standard,an increasing number of users require high power quality and reliability.Therefore,the problem of distribution network planning is very serious.According to the scheme of strengthening the management work of distribution network planning by State Grid Corporation,this paper combines with the rapid growth of the demand for electricity in Yulin city.This paper focuses on the research of distribution network planning in State Grid Yulin electronic power supply company,guiding the construction of distribution network in Yulin city in a better way,guaranting the reliability of distribution network and improving the ability of power supplying of distribution network and the quality of power supplying.The reaserch of this paper is guided by the general plans of Shaanxi Electric Power Company,and founded by Guidelines to Planning and Designing of Distribution Network Planning.Considering the difference between the development of regional power grid,this paper evaluates the Yulin city distribution network objectively,and makes a scientific prediction for power consumption and load of municipal district and county area of Yulin by using the mathematical model of extrapolation.This paper analyzes the reasonableness of capacity requirements and substation scale of transformer substation,and does power flow calculation,N-1 Check and Short Circuit Current Calculation for the winter operation mode of 2015 and 2020.Introducing the impact of new energy and distributed generation for power distribution network,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to the negative effect by them.According to the actual price of the equipment and engineering construction price to estimates the investment budget,this paper analyzes the reliability and sensitivity of investment scientifically and reasonably.According to the planning,this paper can improve the level of operation and management of distribution network,incease the power supply reliability and operation efficiency and adapt to the future development of smart distribution network. |
