Communication Management Research On The Garden Expo Project Of The 12th China(Nanning) International Garden Expo

Project communication management is one of the important knowledge areas in the nine knowledge systems of modern project management,which runs through the entire life cycle of the project.Project decision-making and planning development and implementation depend on the communication of project information.Effective project communication management has become a key factor in determining the success or failure of a project.This thesis is mainly based on the basic theory of project communication management.The 12th China(Nanning)International Garden Expo Garden Expo Construction Project is the research object,and the related issues of project communication management are studied.Firstly,the thesis sorts out the related literatures of project communication management at home and abroad,and systematically summarizes and summarizes the research findings of project management practice and academic circles on project communication management,thus establishing the theoretical basis of this paper.Secondly,based on the construction background,project scope triangle and project stakeholders of the 12th China(Nanning)International Garden Expo Garden Expo Project,the application of literature analysis,case study,and experience Research methods such as analysis and interviews,in-depth reflection and analysis of the communication management probems existing in the implementation of the Nanning Garden Expo Park project.It is proved that the project management organization system fails to meet the needs of efficient project management,lacks horizontal communication channels,and the professional structure of the project management team fails to effectively support the implementation of the project,and the communication efficiency between project participants needs to be improved,and The complexity of communication with stakeholders in land acquisition and demolition is not critical to the key issues of effective communication between the four predictive projects.At the end of the thesis,combined with the scope triangle of Nanning Garden Expo Park project,as well as the characteristics of project resources,technology,team and management organization,the paper puts forward the basic strategy to effectively solve the problems of project communication management,in order to implement the similar projects in Nanning in the future.Provide experience and draw valuable contributions to the theory of communication management of rich and development projects.
