Study On Public Satisfaction Of Elevator Safety Management In Public Area In Fuqing City

In the past two decades,with the rapid development of economic development,urbanization and the real estate industry,the annual production volume and usage stock of various types of elevators have grown rapidly.According to statistics,China's elevator production,possession and long-term annual output rank first in the world,and the compound growth rate of more than 20%per year is growing rapidly.As of the end of 2017,the total amount of elevators in the public sector in China has reached 5.63 million units.This explosive growth has brought about explosive growth of related problems.Elevator safety failures and disabling and lethal vicious accidents have occurred in various public areas,resulting in the safety of elevators in the public sector becoming a social focus of all kinds of media and the masses..At the same time,with the improvement of the quality of life of the people,the demand for safety and comfort of elevators in the public sector is also increasing.Therefore,new problems have been raised for the safety supervision of elevators in the public sector.This paper will draw on the existing domestic and international satisfaction research results,using questionnaire survey method,multi-level analysis method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and other methods,combined with SERVQUAL service model to analyze the characteristics of people's public sector elevator safety management needs,from the stereotype Five dimensions of reliability,responsiveness,security and safety,constructing public satisfaction evaluation system for elevator safety management in public areas,taking the public satisfaction of elevator safety management in Fuqing City as an example,under the guidance of 20 experts,Determine 19 indicators that affect the satisfaction of elevator safety management in the public sector of Fuqing City.Through the calculation and analysis of 20 index weight questionnaires filled out by the expert group,the weight value of the criterion layer to the target layer is obtained,and the weights of 19 indicators are determined.At the same time,the satisfaction survey of elevator users in the public domain of Fuqing City is collected.Based on 244 evaluation data,the overall satisfaction score of the public safety management of elevators in Fuqing City was calculated.The results show that:1)The final score of the public satisfaction evaluation of public safety elevator management in Fuqing City is 70.0520.According to the principle of maximum membership degree,the evaluation result is very satisfactory.2)The lowest score is C12(with property company)Management,monthly security check),the score:67.87,indicating that the property company is not working properly in elevator safety management and monthly safety inspection;3)the weight value of the criterion layer to the target layer:respectively,the type is 0.0487,reliable Sexuality 0.2462,responsiveness 0.2058,supportability 0.2292,safety 0.27,the safety ratio is the largest.Among the 19 indicators in the indicator layer,C4(elevator running smoothly,comfortable,no fault)has the highest weight,with a score of 0.0967.The above results have the following enlightenment:In order to improve the public satisfaction of elevator safety management in the public sector of Fuqing City,we will provide quality maintenance services to strengthen the safety management of elevators in the safety management and monthly safety inspection of the property companies to ensure that the elevators in the public sector operate well and without failure.Pay attention to the safety of elevators in the public sector.
