| Changsha urban public transportation is a very import part of traffic andtransportation.With rapid urbanization and motorization,passenger flow increase fast,the existing public transport supply is unavailable,private vehicle risesquickly,lending to serious traffic congestion,commuting costs rising,environmentalpollution and energy consumption increasing. This paper proves that public trafficsatisfaction evaluation is necessary by studying theories.This paper undertakepreliminary analysis in current situation of Changsha urban public traffic.Usingrandom sampling survey of satisfaction,get the basic information, travel informationand satisfaction information from citizen.Combined with related literatures, developurban public traffic satisfaction evaluation index system.Using AHP to calculate indexweight,then weighted aggregate the bus and taxi satisfaction scores.In order to reflectthe different impact on satisfaction of attributes,this paper also measure satisfactionaccording to the present city,ages and occupation.This paper proved that public trafficsatisfaction evaluation based on the effects of line network settings by furtherstudying.Construction of urban public traffic line network evaluation index system,using the coefficient of variation method to determine index weight,then using GIStechnology to calculate index actual value,finally weighted aggregate.Combined withthe research results, put forward policy recommendations to improve the Changshaurban bus line network development level and public transportation satisfaction.Study shows:(1)Changsha urban public traffic infrastructure is in the middlelevel of our country.(2)On the bus the satisfaction evaluation, in addition to "ridinginformation indicators" for " satisfactory "and "compartment congestion index" for"not satisfied ",the remaining15indicators are " general";the four layer criteriaindicators are " general","safety index" has the highest score and "comfort index" hasthe lowest score;the overall satisfaction of Changsha urban buses is in the level of "general ";the satisfactions core of city buses rank from high to low is WangchengDistric,YuhuaDistric,TianxinDistric,Furong Distric,Kaifu Distric,Yuelu Distric;thecrowd of21-30age levels evaluate bus satisfaction of minimum;occupation crowd ofhigher commuter demand refer to less satisfaction than others.(3) In the taxisatisfaction evaluation,the eight index layer indicators,the four rule layer index andthe overall satisfaction are " general";The satisfaction scores of city taxi from high to low as Kaifu District, Yuelu District, Tianxin District, Yuhua District,FurongDistrict,Wangcheng District;with age layer increasing, the taxi satisfactiondecreases;occupation crowd of higher commuter demand has less satisfaction thanothers.(4) The overall development level of Changsha urban public traffic linenetwork is in the " poor " grade;in addition to "average station distance" indicatorsachieve the " general " grades,other indicators have not reached the average level ofdomestic city. |
