Landscape Evaluation Of Knowledge-service Characteristic Towns In Hangzhou

China faces new challenges in industrial transformation and upgrading at present.The characteristic town is an innovative and entrepreneurial platform integrating the development of"production,city,people and culture",and it is an innovative carrier that conforms to the new normal development trend of the economy.The purpose of this study is to enrich the landscape evaluation system of characteristic towns in China at this stage,and to add empirical cases for the realization of landscape planning and design of characteristic towns.The main research results are as follows:The characteristic town is an innovative and entrepreneurial platform integrating the development of production,city,people and culture.It is an innovative carrier that conforms to the new normal development trend of the economy.With the development of the times,the construction of characteristic towns has increasingly attached importance to landscape construction.The purpose of this study is to enrich the landscape evaluation system of China's characteristic towns at the present stage,and to add empirical cases to the landscape planning and design of the characteristic town landscape evaluation system.Four criterion-level evaluation factors and 20 factor-level evaluation factors were selected to construct the landscape evaluation index system of Hangzhou's knowledge-service characteristic towns from environmental dimension,spatial dimension,perceived dimension and cultural dimension.The landscape evaluation system proposed by the research was used,and the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method was used to identify some knowledge-service characteristic towns in Hangzhou.A case study was conducted.The main research results are as follows:By collecting relevant literature such as planning,construction,evaluation system and landscape pattern of knowledge-service characteristic towns,conducting field research on some knowledge-service characteristic towns,and combine the above results to select 4 criteria layer evaluation factors and 20 factor layer evaluation factors.The quantitative evaluation index is combined with the qualitative evaluation index to construct the landscape evaluation index system of Hangzhou's knowledge-service characteristic towns from the environmental dimension,spatial dimension,cultural dimension and perceived dimension.Through the expert inquiry method,the data about the index weights are obtained,and the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weights and importance rankings of the landscape evaluation factors,so as to more intuitively understand the landscape planning and design and construction focus of such towns.The three knowledge-service characteristic towns in Hangzhou,including Dream Town,Yishang Town and Yunqi Town,were selected as research and research objects.Based on the landscape evaluation system of Hangzhou's knowledge-service characteristic towns,fuzzy comprehensive analysis method was adopted to evaluate.The results showed that the three selected towns were rated excellent.Through the comparative analysis of the evaluation results of such characteristic towns,this paper summarizes the characteristics and common problems of the landscape construction of knowledge-service characteristic towns in Hangzhou,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of landscape planning and design of such characteristic towns,and inherits the development of cultural landscapes.The landscape highlights the industrial characteristics.From the aspects of inheriting the development of cultural landscape,highlighting the industrial characteristics,enhancing the visual appearance of the landscape,and improving the quality of the ecological environment,it provides suggestions for the landscape planning and design of knowledge-service characteristic towns in Hangzhou.
