This paper studies the current situation of three-dimensional greening of roads in the old city of Hangzhou.Through field research on the main roads in the old city of Hangzhou,the types of plants used in the three-dimensional greening of roads in the old city,greening forms,planting frequency and their ornamental characteristics are summarized.Then use the analytic hierarchy process to establish a suitable road three-dimensional greening comprehensive evaluation model,and score the selected 25 sample points using the weight value combined with the sample point scoring weighted calculation method.According to the scoring results,the existing problems of road three-dimensional greening are analyzed,and corresponding optimization and improvement strategies are proposed for the problems.Finally,three-dimensional greening samples with different site conditions are selected for optimization design.The research content and results are summarized as follows:(1)Based on field investigations in the old city of Hangzhou,statistics show that there are 69 species of three-dimensional greening plants,including 6 trees,34 shrubs,19 herbs,7 vines,and 2 bamboos,belonging to 44 families.Among them,the main plants are Rosaceae,Liliaceae,Rhododendron and Oleaceae.(2)The application forms of road three-dimensional greening include six types of wall greening,guardrail greening,corridor greening,three-dimensional flower box,bridge greening,and slope greening.In terms of plant application frequency,osmanthus,privet,rose,rhododendron,ivy and Ophiopogon japonicus have the highest application frequency.In terms of ornamental nature,the occupancy of flowers and foliage plants is similar,and the number of fruit plants is less.(3)Twelve evaluation factors were selected from the four aspects of functional value,ornamental value,ecological benefit and ecological adaptability to establish a comprehensive evaluation model of road three-dimensional greening plant landscape,and comprehensive evaluation of the landscape quality of the selected 25 three-dimensional greening sample points using the analytic hierarchy process.There are 3 samples with excellent grade I,11 samples with good grade II,8 samples with medium grade III,and 3samples with poor grade IV.The quality of three-dimensional greening samples is mostly at Intermediate level.(4)Summarizing the existing main problems of the three-dimensional greening of roads in the old city of Hangzhou,according to the construction status and the principles of three-dimensional greening,the following optimization strategies are proposed: enriching plant species,combining road functions,introducing new greening technologies,strengthening maintenance management,controlling seasonal flower applications,Overall coordination,long-term planning and government system support.Finally,five samples with different road site conditions are selected for optimization design.
