Traditional construction industry changes its development direction into standardized prefabricated construction industry,for the reason of adjustment of national economic structure,demographic dividend shift,new urbanization and the development requirements of the two-type society.Though it received substantial support of national,provincial and municipal level,prefabricated construction industry faces many problems as it just started new.As a member of the prefabricated construction industry,Company A faces a vital problem,which is to make its development strategy.This is also an important and urgent problem,a problem that Company A must consider seriously if it could get a steady and healthy development for a long time to come.This paper firstly uses Management methodology of PEST,Michael Porter's Five Forces Model and SWOT,this thesis works out the development strategy of Company A after the thorough analysis on its external circumstances,competitive environment of the industry,its strengths and weaknesses.The strategy is that to establish advanced production and management models to reach economies of scale by taking advantage of the company's existing market guarantee,the current policy support and opportunity,and the shareholders' advantageous resources.Secondly,in combination with the actual situation of the company,it puts forward “the tenet of insisting on providing customers with the highest quality products and services,grasping the huge development opportunities of fabricated buildings,establishing advanced assembly-type building production and management mode,and improving the overall quality of the enterprise”.The guiding ideology of establishing corporate brand image,expanding market share,enhancing corporate influence and realizing the goal of shareholders' interests and the development ideas of “building base,expanding market,strengthening technology,grasping management,creating brand and attracting talents”.The overall goal of the development of Company A in the next five years is to establish a modern,core-competitive green assembly-type construction enterprise.By the end of 2022,the annual output value of Company A reached 300 million yuan,of which the net profit reached 60 million yuan,accounting for 30% of Zhuzhou's fabricated construction market and the production scale reached 4 production lines.Further research and establishment of the development mission of “Dedication of assembled architectural products,assembling a beautiful life” and the development vision of “becoming an outstanding brand in Hunan in the field of fabricated buildings”.Finally,in order to ensure the realization of the overall strategy,this paper puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures from the system construction,enterprise culture construction,human resources construction,brand construction,financial construction and other aspects.This paper aims to solve the problems that Company A faces,and give referential advice to other companies in the same industry.
