Comparative Study On Comprehensive Benefits Of Green Buildings

While promoting economic development,the construction industry’s characteristics of high pollution and high energy consumption also bring some damage to the natural environment.Therefore,promoting the development of green buildings is a necessary way to maintain the sustainable development of national economy.At present,the research on comprehensive benefits evaluation of green buildings in China only focuses on one region,and the comparison of comprehensive benefits of green buildings in different regions is still in a fuzzy stage.Therefore,this paper will focus on the comprehensive benefits of green buildings in different regions.This paper first expounds the research background and significance of green building,and describes the research status at home and abroad from the cost and benefit of green building.On the basis of green building,green building evaluation standard,AHP theory,entropy weight method and other theories,the comprehensive benefit index system of green building was established from three aspects of economy,environment and social benefits,with a total of 12 evaluation indexes.On this basis,in putian,fujian,anhui wuhu,jilin changbai mountain three areas of the star class commercial building as an example,using AHP and entropy weight method to determine the weight of 12 indexes,and by building codes to determine the classification standard of green building comprehensive benefit evaluation,compare different areas of the green building comprehensive benefit.The results show that among the three regions,the green buildings in the south have the highest comprehensive benefits,the highest economic and environmental benefits,and the green buildings in the north have the highest social benefits.From specific benefits,in the economic benefits,three regional large difference is section benefits,environmental benefits,three regional large difference is to improve the greenhouse effect,improve the air quality of benefits,in the social benefit,three regional large difference is driving the development of regional economic and financial losses caused by saving benefits.Finally,the research results of this paper are summarized,and different Suggestions are proposed for different regions to provide theoretical reference for the construction of regional green buildings.
