In recent years,the development of the construction industry has attracted great attention from the country,and green buildings have gradually been promoted.At present,the development of green buildings in China is at an early stage.Due to the asymmetric information of the construction and beneficiaries,the development of green buildings has been hindered to a certain extent,and the comprehensive benefits of green buildings are important indicators to measure their development level.In view of this,if the influencing factors of the comprehensive benefits of green buildings can be identified,the correlation between the factors should be combed and analyzed,and the interaction between the various factors should be clarified,which will help to improve the comprehensive benefits of green buildings.However,in the existing research on green buildings,there are few studies on its comprehensive benefits,mostly from the aspects of economic benefits,incremental cost benefits,environmental benefits,etc.,and the influencing factors and measurement indicators of the comprehensive benefits are relatively insufficient Perfect,lacking certain scientific and reasonable.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the comprehensive benefits of green buildings from a system perspective.This paper first identifies the influencing factors of the comprehensive benefits of green buildings,and obtains the main influencing factors of the comprehensive benefits of green buildings through the principal component analysis method.According to these factors,the comprehensive benefits of green buildings are analyzed from the economic,environmental and social aspects.Explore and build a comprehensive benefit evaluation system.Secondly,the system dynamics method and Vensim software were used to establish a green building comprehensive benefit simulation model.Finally,combined with a case of a green building residential project in Ganzhou City,the future comprehensive benefits of the project are simulated and simulated,by adjusting the application ratio of "renewable energy saving,use of high-efficiency water-saving appliances,use of recyclable building materials,and use of permeable ground",Carry out multiple simulations and observe the trend of comprehensive benefits in the later stage of the project,and further analyze the sensitivity of each influencing factors.The research results show that: in the operation phase of the green building project,the comprehensive benefits of green building will increase year by year with the accumulation of time,and finally its fluctuation range gradually decreases;the green building comprehensive benefit model established by introducing system dynamics,qualitatively The interaction relationship between various factors,quantitative analysis of the state variables in the model,the case data is substituted into the model to predict the future change trend of the comprehensive benefit of the project;in this project,the average medical expenses,improving work efficiency,and electricity saving have a comprehensive benefit Positive sensitivity,and the degree of sensitivity is increased in turn,the relevant builders of green buildings can determine the final comprehensive benefits through the sensitivity of various factors,and then provide a certain reference value for the future research on the comprehensive benefits of green buildings.
