| Since the Chinese Economic Reform,the continued expansion of urban area invaded a large area of natural space,lead to a decline in the resilience and eco-services capabilities of urban eco-system,causes a series of urban problems such as social fragility,urban heat island,haze and water pollution.In the historic background of ecological civilization,the 13th Five-Year Plan proposed the requirement for continuously improving the urban environment quality and building the livable city.As the ecological framework of urban economic and social development,urban green infrastructure is an important mean to control urban extensive growth,maintain the ecosystem stability and mitigate ecological problems of the city.On the background of the new data environment,the multi-dimensional data source,analysis methods and visualization platform enabled the "large-scale,fine-grained" research that combine scope and units,and provides the basis for the construction and optimization of urban green infrastructure with smaller units under the city scale.In this research,on the basis of clarify the development context as well as main theories and practical methods of urban green infrastructure,researchers take the Western New District as an example,analysis its status quo and construction-optimization methods of urban green infrastructure.Firstly,construct the ecological risk assessment system based on the principal component analysis method,using the landscape pattern indexes as indicators to assess the dynamic change of urban ecological risks in the expansion process in the research area.Then,took equivalent factor method proposed by Xie Gaodi to evaluate the value of ecosystem service capacity of Jinan Western New District,combined the high social benefit green infrastructure area with road accessibility and urban functional density around it to estimate the social value potential of green infrastructure in research area.Based on the above analysis,take the core functional spatial differences(inside the urban fringe or built-up areas)and the effectiveness demand(rigidity control,less disturbance or resilience control,high dynamic demand within the service scope)between ecological and social benefits of urban green infrastructure in to account,from overall perspective of the research area,related urban ecological process with ecological pattern to construct urban green infrastructure with the aim to achieve the best eco-efficiency,take block as research units,combine users behavior with green space and street walking space to identify the differentiation area between social benefit supply and users demand of urban green infrastructure with the aim to coordinate the social benefits,and proposed design guidance from two aspects of satisfying residents leisure and walking activates.The main conclusions of this research are as follows:(1)Conclude the status quo analysis,the urban construction of Jinan Western New District leads to a significant increase of regional ecological risk,in suburban areas,the ecological benefits of green infrastructure are generally high,’but there doesn’t have enough users due to the restriction by road accessibility and city vitality around,so it is difficult to make full use of its social benefits.The green infrastructure within the built-up urban areas have high ecological risk,high social benefits,and low ecological value,and it’s easy to be ignored in existing green infrastructure building model.(2)Simulate the hydrological regulation,biological migration,urban heat island mitigation and characteristic landscape protection process of Jinan Western New District,find the optimal pattern of ecological benefits by overlay analysis,construct urban green infrastructure with three safety levels including bottom level(16.5%),satisfaction level(45.6%)and ideal level(65.4%),then form the regional ecological protection pattern with"One Heart,Two Zones and Three Corridors",as the strategies to achieve smart growth in cities,protect urban ecological safety.(3)Through identifying the leisure activities,walking activities of residents and green space supply,street greenery awareness,this research find that some densely populated area including Xikezhan Area,Changqing Old Town have a shortage in both green space and street greenery awareness supply,The University Science and Technology Park is basically achieve a balance between social benefits supply and demand.Based on evaluation results,in order to increase green space,it is advisable to carry out vacant land function replacement and put forward the guidance of the old district at the east and south sides of Xikezhan Area.For Changqing Old town which has larger building density,micro-space like "pocket space"should be fully used to increase leisure space and street greening. |
