Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the continuous advancement of economic globalization,the construction market has developed more and more rapidly,and the environmental pollution and air quality problems faced by people have become more and more serious,especially for the majority of people living in big cities.The surrounding environment facilities are getting higher and higher.In order to let people live in a healthy,comfortable and harmonious environment,our country has gradually paid more and more attention to the construction of green houses,but the traditional architectural design ideas and old concepts can no longer meet the current intelligent buildings,we must also pay attention to the rational use of resources,so it is urgent to actively seek new technologies and new methods.The design of residential buildings should actively respond to the national guidelines and policies,and follow the concept of sustainable development,which has become a hot topic in the current architectural environment.First of all,this paper explains the green building evaluation standards of some countries in the world,and introduces in detail the development of the more popular BIM technology on the market and its application in the whole life cycle of the project.First,it introduces the connotation of green building in essence.The green building evaluation system is mainly carried out from several aspects such as the object of evaluation,the applicable method and the grade of judgment.The article adopts several representative green buildings at home and abroad.The evaluation criteria were compared and analyzed,and the traditional design concepts and methods were found to be missing in the green building design codes and evaluation standards.Secondly,first introduce the concept of BIM information technology,emphasizing the powerful function of BIM;combining the characteristics of building information model and the application value.Finally,we take advantage of the new BIM technology and fully integrate the building information model into the green building design and evaluation system.Of course,we should first organize the BIM technology points and build on the green building evaluation system.The phase forms a one-to-one correspondence with these application points.Then,through the analysis of China green building evaluation standards,combining the advantages of BIM technology in the provisions of the greenevaluation standard system,studying the combination of the two,carefully analyzing each application point,and explaining the BIM technology at these application points.The method of embodying and using,summarizing and pointing out the control points and the path of implementation on the residential building.Finally,we select some of the provisions of the green building evaluation system and combine them with the BIM application points,select the actual engineering projects,and analyze and analyze the two indicators of noise and ventilation of the overall building model through outdoor,and then the wind of the indoor part.The environment and light environment are simulated and analyzed.The results of the simulation analysis are compared with the green building evaluation standards and related specifications to determine the significance and feasibility of the research.Finally,the value of BIM technology in construction engineering is verified.
