Design And Implementation Of Mobile Client For Factory Personnel Equipment Monitoring System

At present,the railway,as the major artery of China’s economic operation,has made great contributions to the development of China’s economy.In order to build a community of human destiny,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the "One Belt and One Road"development strategy and pushed the high-speed rail brand of China into the world,which was followed by the development of China’s railway industry into a new era.The rapid development of science and technology and the continuous increase in the demand for trains demand that the plant production workshops of modern China’s train production companies be oriented toward mobility and real-time monitoring and management,and realize different places,different time of systematic,intelligent supervision.For the whole plant,there are still many problems in the monitoring and management of personnel,equipment and process.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to design a mobility real-time,intelligent monitoring and management system for the plant.In order to solve the above problems,this paper proposes an Android-based plant personnel equipment monitoring system mobile client.Through this client’s function,it can realize mobility and real-time personnel management,equipment monitoring and intelligent process of the train factory production workshop.Dispatch,thereby increasing the production efficiency of the train production workshop in the factory,and maximizing the economic efficiency of the company.This article starts with the research background and significance of the mobile client equipment monitoring system in the factory,and analyzes the research status and development trends of intelligent mobile terminals at home and abroad as well as the personnel equipment monitoring system.Then it analyzes the overall functional requirementsof the client and divides the client into User management,personnel management,equipmentmonitoring and process scheduling are four functional modules.Secondly,the Android platform is used as the development platform for the mobile client monitoring system in the plant.Through the real-time communication with the back-end server,the dynamic information display of plant personnel,equipment and processes is realized,and the specific design of each functional module of the client is completed.And based on MVC mode in the Android studio development platform to achieve the development of functional modules.Finally,specific tests are performed on the compatibility,functionality,and performance of the client.The test results show that the client can operate normally,with good interface compatibility,accurate functionality,and performance indicators that meet the design criteria.The design and implementation of the mobile client of the plant personnel equipment monitoring system based on Android realize the mobility and real-time monitoring and management of the personnel equipment in the train production workshop of the factory and the intelligence of the process scheduling,so that the dynamic information and real-time status of the production workshop of the factory area can be returned timely and effectively anytime and anywhere.The personnel of the factory area not only completed the goal of monitoring and managing the equipment of the factory area in high quality,but also greatly increased the production efficiency of the factory area and created greater economic benefits for the enterprise.The application prospect is very considerable.
