| Aircraft carrier is the main force of naval warfare,and its combat capability is related to the sortie rate of carrier-based aircraft.The efficiency of carrier-based aircraft support operation is the key factor affecting the sortie rate of carrier-based aircraft.How to improve the efficiency of support operation is of great significance to improve the sortie rate of carrier-based aircraft.At present,the allocation of security personnel is mainly carried out in the form of team allocation divided by professional categories.When security personnel perform tasks,due to different professional categories,it is prone to the problem of unbalanced workload of personnel.When swarm intelligence and other algorithms are used to solve the support personnel scheduling optimization problem,the real-time performance is poor and it is difficult to meet the real-time scheduling requirements.In this paper,a carrier-based aircraft support personnel allocation and scheduling simulation optimization prototype system is designed and developed.The improved reinforcement learning algorithm is used to study the multi-skill support personnel allocation problem.On this basis,the dynamic scheduling of support personnel with dynamic disturbances such as personnel injury and absence is studied,which provides theoretical support for carrier-based aircraft support personnel allocation and scheduling.Firstly,the research status of support personnel allocation,personnel scheduling and simulation methods at home and abroad is reviewed.By analyzing the operation process and characteristics of carrier-based aircraft support,the overall framework of the simulation and optimization prototype system of carrier-based aircraft support personnel allocation and scheduling is designed.Secondly,aiming at the problem of multi-skill allocation of support workers,a multi-skill support personnel allocation model is established with the goal of minimizing the number of support workers,the shortest total support time and the minimum standard deviation of personnel working time.The improved policy gradient algorithm is used to solve the problem.The rapidity,stability and effectiveness of the algorithm are verified by a case.Then,on the basis of the support staffing scheme,aiming at the dynamic scheduling problem of personnel transfer,injury and other accidents in the process of support operation,a support personnel scheduling model is established with the shortest total support time and the minimum standard deviation of personnel working time as the goal,and the policy gradient algorithm is applied to solve the problem.The results show that the algorithm can generate the dynamic scheduling scheme of support personnel in a short time.Finally,a carrier-based aircraft support operator allocation and scheduling simulation optimization prototype system is developed for carrier-based aircraft support operator allocation and scheduling simulation optimization.The feasibility of the simulation system is verified by simulation cases,which provides software support for multi-skill support personnel allocation and dynamic scheduling. |
