The process of tunnel construction exists widely the complicated construction skills,the wide construction area,the limited working area,the long construction time and the complex geological structures etc.The managers outside the tunnel cannot master distribution of the construction personnel,the exact position and the amount of personnel in the tunnel in time.It is difficult to achieve the accurate positioning of the operation personnel.The rescue efficiency cannot be guaranteed when the accident occurred.Therefore,in order to manage the tunnel effectively and ensure an effective rescue,the paper conduct a research on tunnel personnel positioning system based on RSSI and improve the traditional personnel positioning algorithm.The MATLAB simulation tool is used to simulate the improved algorithm to verify the superiority of the improved algorithm.Combined with the current requirements on the tunnel operating personnel positioning,on the basis of analysising the commonly used positioning technology and positioning algorithm,the ZigBee technology for personnel positioning and the weighted centroid algorithm based on RSSI value optimization algorithm were studied.The scheme of the tunnel personnel positioning system based on CC2530 chip was designed.And according to the working environment in tunnel,the coordinator node,reference node and location node were also designed.The precise positioning of the tunnel personnel could be realized.The simulation on the three side algorithm and the maximum likelihood estimation algorithm were conducted by using MATLAB simulation tool.And aiming at the shortcoming of positioning accuracy,a weighted centroid algorithm based on RSSI value optimization was proposed.Furthermore,the simulation experiment on the improved algorithm was conducted,which verified advantages in positioning accuracy.The research results of this paper can improve the information management level of the current tunnel project construction,and have practical application value.In addition,the positioning system plays an important role in application of IoT in expressway construction.
