Power usage information collection system can collect the power usage information of load,electricity,voltage and other important information,which provides the accurate and complete basic data for the electric power marketing information system to promote the bilateral interaction marketing,implement more competitive marketing strategies and optimize the marketing business.In accordance with the principle of "unified planning,uniform standards and unified construction",State Grid Corporation of China has constructed a power usage information collection system to realize "full coverage,full acquisition,and full cost control" for power customer information collection.This thesis,entitled as Design and Application of Low Voltage Electricity Information Collection System,comprehensively discusses the characteristics as well as the selection methods of the three-level equipment and two-layer channel,and analyzes the application benefits of the electrical usage information system.(1)According to the three-level equipment of low voltage electricity information collection system,namely,the energy meter,the collector and the master station of the information collection system,based on the analysis of their characteristics,this thesis presents the selection methods of engineering application.Finally,taking a low voltage electricity residential user in Lucheng Street of Qufu as an example,this thesis detailedly analyzes the construction as well as the application of the power usage electricity information collection system.Based on the geographical location of the user,this thesis comprehensively analyzes the energy meter selection scheme and geographical distribution of the low-voltage users."China Mobile(GPRS)" and"RS-485 Acquisition Method" are used as the upstream channel and the downstream channel of the power usage electricity information collection system.As a typical user of low-voltage residents,this user provides effective support for the design and application of the low voltage electricity information collection system.(2)According to the two-layer channel of the low voltage electricity information collection system,namely,upstream channel(GPRS and optical fiber)and downstream channel(RS485,low voltage power line carrier and wireless micro power),the principles and the application ranges as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the various communication schemes are analyzed in detail.On this basis above,this thesis puts forward the engineering application selection method.Finally,according to the different geographical locations as well as the communication schemes,two types of total four stations are selected for the comparison of the design and application of the power usage information collection system.Meanwhile,the principles and the application ranges as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the different two types downstream channels(RS-485 and the narrowband carrier)are compared,which provides a reference for the design and application of the power usage information collection system.(3)The applications of the power usage information collection system to different professions of the power supply enterprises are addressed,including marketing,production and integrated service.The exposed issues and risk points in the daily production business of power supply companies before the construction,are compared with those after the construction of this system in this thesis.The results reveal that the work efficiency and business benefits get greatly enhanced,which verifies the practicality and necessity of the construction of the power usage information collection system,as well as the correctness and effectiveness of the three-level equipment and the two-layer channel design in the construction of the power usage information collection system.Lastly,the type and the causes of the common faults in operation and maintenance of the power usage information collection system are summarized.The corresponding treatment and countermeasures are also proposed.
