Study On Cost Control Of Binhai Huaming Development&Construction Co.,Ltd. Project

Cost control runs through the whole process of project construction,and it is an important section of project management.It directly influences the profits of the project of the construction and erection enterprises that how much the cost needed to finish one project.Thus,the management of the cost control of the projects has become more and more important.It is a key point to maximize the company benefits that how to control the cost,it is also the core object of this paper.The paper set the cost control of the Low Carbon Zone of Binhai Huaming Development and Construction Co,Ltd.as the object,and it analyses the cost control and management of this limited company.During this process,the phased cost control of the intelligent building in Binhai Huaming Development and Construction Co,Ltd.is presented for analysis as the focus of this paper.This paper firstly introduces the concepts of the project cost control,Earned Value Management and others,and analyses the cost control components of Intelligent Engineering Industry through the features of this industry.After introducing the basic information and production features of this limited company,the paper describes the different cost control in each different part of the Low Carbon Zone Project in this limited company,and introduce the cost control points during the process according to the project executing processes.After using the Earned Value Management to comprehensively analyze the cost control of the Zone,there are some issues appearing,,for example,in cost control,there have some biases between the budgets and reality,project control is not strict,and there have some problems in labor and material management.According to these issues,this paper raises some solutions to these problems,such as strengthening the budgets control,improving the cost control system,enhancing the inner management,lowering the labor cost and tightening up the material purchase and storage management.This paper aims at helping to improve the cost control of the Binhai Huaming Development and Construction Co,Ltd and other companies which have the same problem by analysing the cost control of the Low Carbon Zone Project.
