Talent competition is the main content of enterprise competition in twenty-first Century,and many management experts are increasingly aware that competition among enterprises is,in the final analysis,the competition of talents and the competition of knowledge workers.In the process of rapid development of many enterprises,the loss of knowledge workers has become a common problem faced by many enterprises.The main reason is that do not attach importance to occupation career planning and management of knowledge workers in many enterprises,cause the employee turnover rate is high,has seriously affected the sustainable development of enterprises,so the occupation career planning and management of knowledge workers problem analysis and research has certain theoretical and practical value in the during the new period.Based on the analysis of GT group CS passenger section of the case,GT group CS passenger knowledge employee occupation career planning and management problems of the system of research and design a solution for GT group CS passenger knowledge staff's occupation career planning and management problems.On the basis of summarizing the relevant theories,this paper holds that enterprises need to pay attention to the career planning management of knowledge workers.Then,the article analyzes the current situation of occupation career planning management case CS passenger knowledge employee,GT CS Group believes that the current passenger in the knowledge-based employee occupation career planning and management,there are many problems need to be improved.These problems are highlighted in the knowledge workers,and the satisfaction degree of career planning management of CS passenger transport section is low,and career planning management does not reflect motivation,which leads to high turnover rate of knowledge workers.Then,based on the basic theory of the mode of occupation career planning,CS passenger employee occupation career planning and the key factors were extracted,the design of key elements of the occupation career planning CS source section of the knowledge workers,from the target system and support system and function system,security system composed of.Finally,this paper puts forward improvement scheme of GT group CS passenger knowledge employee occupation career planning management,GT group CS passenger needs to pay more attention to the humanized management of knowledge workers,the occupation career planning and management of knowledge workers into the CS passenger section of human resources management strategic agenda,attach importance to innovation the enterprise culture,make knowledge workers continue to enhance the sense of belonging,to realize the healthy development of the occupation career.
