The heating system in this paper is an important part of the urban municipal infrastructure,and plays an important role in the National economic development.The heating system itself,the composed of heat media preparation,heat media transmission,and heat media utilization end,With the development of the city and the technical update of the heating system itself,the completed system needs to be built in order to meet the needs of new heat.The application of industrial engineering method in the heating system renovation starts from the feasibility study stage of our country's capital construction project.The optimization method plays an important role in the technical scheme comparison and selection stage,and provides the basis for the project approval and implementation.However,the current application of industrial engineering methods in heating system renovation is still based on the feasibility study stage of the project,and the applied research in the implementation stage of the project is still insufficient.Therefore,this article mainly focuses on the implementation stage of heating system transformation.In the implementation of heating system renovation,the traditional organizational structure and management model are unable to control the technology,quality,and progress.The results of the transformation also fell short of the desired goals.How to find a better way to ensure the smooth progress of the renovation work,while ensuring that the renovation effect is close to the expected goal,is the urgent problem for the thermal company to solve.Therefore,this paper applies the relevant methods of industrial engineering to study the application of industrial engineering in heating system renovation on the basis of previous research.Based on the detailed analysis of the renovation work of the heating system,this paper studies from the program stage,the implementation management stage and the effect evaluation stage,and introduces the optimization method,ECRS method,and the quantitative analysis method.In the program stage,according to the industrial engineering optimization method,the objective function and the constraint conditions are established,the desulphurization technology and the outer network technology are optimized,and the optimization technology management model of the project program stage is given.To further achieve the goal of energy conservation,environmental protection and revenue to do a good job of technical support.In the implementation of the management stage,according to the ECRS method of industrial engineering,the work relations between the involved links,departments and external institutions in the transformation process are combed,the personnel and departments within the thermal power company are reorganized,and the work of the external organizations is consolidated.In order to make external coordination more direct,a simple and efficient project organization management model is put forward.This model can make the organizational structure simplification and improve the effectiveness of work efficiency.Based on the quantitative analysis method of industrial engineering,the effects of technology,economy and society are evaluated and the evaluation system is established.Based on the conclusions of the three stages of the heating system combined with the relevant methods of industrial engineering,this paper puts forward policy suggestions for the integration and optimization of the concrete work of heating enterprises in the course of project implementation and improves the competitiveness of thermal companies.It is quite meaningful to realize the economic benefits,environmental protection benefits,and social benefits.
