Study On Development Model Of Inland Port Industrial Zone In Southwest Shandong Province

The world increasingly close economic and trade links,in coastal ports to speed up economic construction at the same time,inland river harbor economy is becoming more and more national attention,triggered a new round of inland port construction boom.Although the construction of inland port is in full swing,the development of port industry is relatively slow.It is the purpose of this paper to choose how to choose the development mode of lingang industrial district,which is an emerging inland river.This article mainly industrial gradient shift theory,growth pole theory,comparative advantage theory and the theory of unbalanced growth as the research basis,combed the domestic and foreign scholars on the research of the inland river port-vicinity industry,define the related concepts and the development of inland waterway lingang industrial pattern of meaning,this paper expounds the four types of the concept of development model.This paper makes an assessment on the development history,economic situation and scientific research strength of lingang industrial zone in the southwest of shandong province.Based on the study of southwest inland lingang industrial development environment,using the porter’s diamond model,from the aspects of human resources,capital resources and infrastructure,this paper analyzes on the factors of southwest inland lingang industrial production conditions;From the perspective of industrial demand,there is still a large space for development in the lingang industrial area of shandong province.From the perspective of related and supporting industries,it is found that the industrial chain is not complete and the production needs to be refined.From the analysis of enterprise strategy,structure and peer competition,it is believed that there are relatively strong external competitors in the lingang industrial area in southwest of shandong.Based on the research on inland lingang industrial district of the existing four types of development mode,respectively in Shanghai,wuhan,Hamburg and Rotterdam case analyzed,from the development background,industrial structure,the government role,financial environment and production partners face four development pattern has carried on the comparison and analysis,summarize its development experience.Finally the existing pattern of inland waterway lingang industrial development model for the analysis and the actual combination of areas in southwest,in view of the southwest inland lingang industrial development pattern,put forward four Suggestions: one,the development of integrated logistics industry cluster,new material industry cluster,green fine chemical industry cluster and reemployment of industrial clusters,as the four main industry cluster of industrial park.Second,we will develop four major service industries,such as business,finance,information and technology,to upgrade the comprehensive service level of the industrial area.Third,improve the technological innovation system,pay attention to the introduction and cultivation of talents,and promote industrial innovation.Fourth,strengthen the construction of ecological civilization and promote the green economy development of industrial parks.
