| At present,as an important part of the global logistics industry,seaport logistics develops rapidly and becomes a new engine to support the rapid development of the global economy.In recent years,China’s harbor logistics industry has developed rapidly,and has gradually emerged with the characteristics of strong throughput capacity and large scale of enterprises.China occupies seven seats in the top ten ports of the world’s coastal ports,and our port logistics is the largest market in the world.But with the highway,railway,civil aviation and other alternative way for the development of logistics,port,blind pursuit of scale and intensive construction factors such as competition intensifies,a tremendous impact on the development of port logistics industry of our country.In the new economic environment,how to optimize the personnel performance appraisal mechanism and improve the comprehensive competitiveness is the research topic urgently needed to be carried out in the healthy and sustainable development of port logistics enterprises.This article is in the study of RZ port overall performance management present situation in recent years,on the basis of the application of SWOT analysis,comprehensive analysis of internal and external various environmental factors,based on the research of the port of RZ performance management present situation analysis,find out the port of RZ in the enterprise management and development strategy,performance management,and other issues,clear the competitive pressures facing the RZ port and the development direction of.Through business process evaluation,combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,from the service evaluation,evaluation and management of production evaluation,four aspects of risk assessment,find port internal and external customer focus for port logistics,port logistics enterprise in our country and the current impact of operational efficiency of the main factors,which from the external environment,human resources,production and operation design in three aspects: the KPI assessment of key performance indicators system,optimize the current port of RZ performance management,put forward the "norm assessment,development of high value-added business,improve service quality,strengthening basic management,carry out fiscal integration,layout car free transport business,enhance the whole quality team,to carry out the reform of management system" and so on eight measures,promote RZ port customer satisfaction and the business indicators,and provide institutional guarantee for sustainable development for RZ port.At the same time,this article from the port competitiveness,strengthen internal department communication and coordination efficiency,win-win cooperation with relevant enterprises,etc.,put forward the feasibility plan,hope to provide reference for the port logistics enterprises in our country and draw lessons from. |
