| At this stage,energy and environmental issues have become major obstacles to the further development of mankind.Technological advances have provided people with an unprecedented driving force for consumption while exacerbating the consumption of non-renewable resources and the environmental crisis.For the construction industry,finding new design concepts and methods suitable for green buildings has also become the development direction of the industry competition.Climate has always been a key issue affecting the construction and development of buildings,in the design of buildings,according to the different climatic conditions in different regions,corresponding passive design strategies are adopted,which can reduce the load of active systems and achieve the purpose of energy conservation.Taking the hot summer and cold winter regions as an example,the paper selected Wuhan,Chongqing,Nanjing,Shanghai,and Changsha to explore the applicability of passive design strategies.First of all,it discusses the relationship between climate and habitat environment,and briefly introduces the climate elements related to architecture;through the data compilation of the “Special meteorological data set for analysis of thermal environment in China”,the climate characteristics of hot summer and cold winter zone were summarized;a residential community in Wuhan City was selected to investigate and analyze its construction environment and field tests,the results of the survey show that in the winter and summer seasons in Wuhan,energy consumption is needed to improve comfort,and the energy consumption problem of residential buildings is particularly prominent.Second,combining the complex and changeable climatic characteristics of the hot summer and cold winter zone,from the three levels of “planning”,“building” and “components”,summarize the passive energy-saving design strategies applicable to residential buildings in this area,it is of great significance to promote building energy conservation and improvement of human settlements in hot summer and cold winter zone.The core part of the paper is based on passive design ideas for residential buildings,selecting five typical cities hot summer and cold winter zone(Wuhan,Chongqing,Nanjing,Shanghai,and Changsha)for their thermal comfort and the application of passive design strategies in ventilation,cooling,enclosure structure and solar radiation was analyzed.The passive design strategies of different cities in hot summer and cold winter zone are summarized,and on this basis,the optimal combination of passive design strategies suitable for different cities is further derived.This article starts from the climate characteristics of the hot summer and cold winter zone,by studying comfort and passive design strategies,and ranking the applicability of passive design strategies,the optimal solution is obtained.It is hoped that the study in this paper can provide reference for the applicability of passive design of residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter zone,and will play a positive role in promoting the development of energy-saving residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter zone. |
