As an integral part of rotating machinery,the performance of bearing has a great influence on the life and reliability of the whole mechanical equipment.Thus experimental measurements have to be done to validate all performance parameters before it was used.But most of the existing bearing test devices are for large bearing development,they cannot meet the needs of running-in test subjected to the small load,as well as the test of the performance parameters.Therefore,the study of small load bearing tester is of great significance.The running-in bearing test-bed was designed for rolling bearing under some special working condition and derived form the study of a space activities in a space research institute.According to the technology requirement and technical index of the cooperative unit and bearing test-bed development technology at home and aboard,it's found that the tester compose driving system,loading system,support system,detecting system and control system.And their types ware determined.Considering the small loading,simple structure and small size of the running-in device,one double combination horizontal bearing running-in tester which has high efficiency and low cost was designed.According to the physical design of testing machine,servo motor was taken as the control object to analyze its definition,function and structure.Based on the control requirement of deriving system and loading system,DCS collecting and distributing control system has been used to meet the requirements of the scattered operation and centralized management with industrial PC + PLC + industrial Ethernet control mode.The general control scheme was taken as criterion to determine the type of hardware,such as IPC,touch screen,PLC and AC servo system.The electric diagram of the test bed was designed according to the selected hardware and control object.Based on the running-in way and requirements of tester,the bearing automatic running flow diagram was designed to complete programming.The manual and automatic control of tester was realized by used MCGS configuration software,the design of configuration screen and communication connection Setting.It can display the real-time collecting data,and historical data reporting and alarm record can be automatic generated to facilitate the late query.Finally,according to the specific debugging process in project,four steps,checkbefore power on,manual servo motor no-load commissioning,automatic debugging subjected to load and on-line debugging with power on were conducted to complete the whole debugging of control system.Normal operation of the multi-station bearing tester is completely realized.
