The valve control mechanism is the key component to control the gas flow of the solid rocket engine.Its performance directly determines the accuracy and controllability of the rocket and missile flight position.Therefore,it is very important to simulate and test the performance of its load characteristics.In order to test whether the servo control mechanism has high thrust,high response and high anti-disturbance performance,this paper adopts the mainstream electric load simulation scheme at home and abroad,coupled with self-developed motion conversion loading mechanism,and a set of comprehensive performance measurement and control test stand which can be applied to many kinds of servo control mechanism is developed.The test bed not only can simulate the load in the real environment,but also can test the performance of its control,and can fully meet the testing of its performance indicators.Firstly,this paper introduces the research status of load simulation and virtual instrument.According to system requirements,the paper designs the system of electrical servo loading as mechanical system,NI PXIe real-time automatic test and control platform as hardware system and Lab VIEW as software development platform.The linear motion of the tested object is transformed into the rotary motion by the reversible transmission of the ball screw,thus the passive loading of the loaded motor to the measured servomechanism is realized.And the main parts of the mechanical parts and control part of the selection and analysis.Secondly,according to the system requirements of the system the software program is designed,including software requirements,system architecture,the use of various functional modules and coding design patterns.From the sampling technology,the system noise reduction to the choice of the filter are analyzed and studied for signal acquisition and processing.And according to the program structure of the sub-function procedures for a detailed design.There are test signal and load signal generation,and data acquisition and loading motor control of the specific code to achieve the process.Finally,the components of the test rig are assembled,the electrical control system is assembled and the whole servo loading system is debugged together with the testing software.Debugging results show that the current development of the system to meet the needs of some of the load.
