The real estate industry is the pillar industry of our country.The development of the housing industry is directly related to the development of the national economy.Therefore,the development of the housing industry to the green and sustainable development of the housing industry is the inevitable choice.The state attaches great importance to residential industrialization,in recent years,although countries and regions actively introduced a series of residential industrial policy standards,but the degree of housing industry in China is still low.Therefore,it is necessary to study the development of residential industrialization.This paper first summarizes the current situation of residential industrialization and the existing policies and standards,and then analyzes the core factors influencing the development of residential industrialization from the four dimensions of government,technology,market and cost,and analyzes the government factors The impact of industrial development path,and how the government factors affect the development of industrialization by influencing other factors,so as to construct a model of the impact of government factors on the application of residential industrialization.Then,the empirical analysis of the model is carried out.The relevant questionnaire is designed and the research is carried out.The questionnaire is analyzed and analyzed.The structural equation model(SEM)is used to verify the research model.Finally,some suggestions are put forward for the existing research results.The results show that government factors have a direct positive impact on the use of residential industrialization and indirectly affect the market factors,technical factors and cost factors.Based on the research results,this paper proposes to strengthen the tilt incentive policy and incentive mechanism to establish,improve the residential industrial standard system and strengthen the housing industrial base demonstration and publicity efforts to promote the development of China’s housing industry. |
