The emergence of BIM is another revolutionary reform of the construction industry after CAD.Most experts and scholars believe that BIM can effectively improve the high energy consumption,low efficiency,pollution and waste of the construction industry.However,due to various reasons,BIM has not been well promoted and applied in China's construction industry,especially the BIM application in the construction phase of the project is more common in the implementation process.This study systematically studies and analyzes the obstacles related to BIM application in the construction phase,and proposes targeted improvement suggestions.It promotes and applies BIM in the construction industry,solves the low level of informationization in the construction industry,and promotes the construction industry to be green and sustainable.It is of great significance.In the research process,through the analysis of a large number of domestic and foreign literature on the influencing factors of BIM application,39 independent BIM application obstacles are summarized.According to the feedback from BIM experts,after the process of adding,deleting,merging and splitting,29 obstacles affecting the applicatio n of BIM in the construction stage are finally obtained.The 29 obstacles were tested by theoretical saturation test and questionnaires were generated.The questionnaires were collected by various means.After reasonable screening,the SPSS 22.0 software was used to analyze the questionnaire data to obtain the influence of BIM in the construction stage.9 major obstacles.According to the interpretation of structural model analysis method,the interpretation structure models of nine main obstacle factors are constructed,and their hierarchical relationship of BIM application obstacle factors in construction stage is analyzed.The driving force and dependence of each major obstacle factor are analyzed by cross-impact matrix multiplication classification method.Sex.After systematic analysis,the study has the following conclusions:(1)There are 9 categories of obstacles in the application of BIM in the construction stage,namely,project management obstacles,economic obstacles,thinking habits,BIM rules,BIM software barriers,BIM skills barriers,environmental drivers New and old technology handover barriers and management attention to degree barriers.(2)It is shown by the final explanatory structure model: BIM has obstacles in the construction stage.There are economic obstacles,thinking habits,BIM software barriers,middle-level factors,environmental drivers,management attention,and BIM skills.Barriers to the class,project management,and root causes are BIM rule-type barriers and barriers to new and old technology handover.Among them,the two types of obstacles with the strongest dependence are the habit of thinking habits and the degree of management attention.The two most important obstacles are BIM rule-type obstacles and barriers to new and old technology handover.
