The Dynamic Mechanism And Strategy Of Yue Yang Riverside Space Under The Transition Background

As urban development attaches great importance to the ecological civilization concept and the concept of sustainable development,waterfront space as to improve the quality of urban space Key areas to improve soft power of cities become the focus of the construction of waterfront urban development areas.The Riverside space not only witnessed the rise and fall of Yueyang city for thousands of years development,but also played a bridgehead role when Yueyang take part in regional competition and the strategic of Yangtze river economic belt.As it has the only coastal resources of Yangtze River in Hunan province,its development has a vital role in Yueyang city and even in Hunan province.Based on the analysis of the historical evolution and its existing characteristics and problems of the Yueyang Riverside space,the thesis studies the dynamic mechanism of Yueyang Riverside space,and tries to explore the development strategy of Yueyang Riverside space.The main content of the thesis is divided into four parts: "the study of the historical evolution characteristics-the research of the present characteristics and the problem-the research of the dynamic mechanism-he research of the development strategy"The first part devides the historical development process of Riverside space into four stage,through historical literature reading and field research.Including before liberation,1949 to 1978,1978 to 1990 and after 1990.The thesis review the development of Yueyang Riverside space and summarize its development characteristics at different stages from spatial form evolution and the function evolution dimensions.The second part studies the present characteristics and problems of Yueyang Riverside space.Based on the present land use in the central urban area of Yueyang in 2015 and the field research data,the thesis analyzes the present characteristics of Yueyang Riverside space from function and spatial layout,then summarizes the existing problem based on the current situation of Yueyang Riverside space.The third part studies the dynamic mechanism of Yueyang Riverside space development.Finds out the driving force of Yueyang Riverside space development as the demand force of social residents,the driving force of market economy,the promotion force of policy system and the two aspects force of resource environment.In the fourth part,based on the research about characteristics,problems and dynamic mechanism of Yueyang Riverside space development,the thesis explores the development strategies of Yueyang Riverside space from tow aspects.On the one hand,the thesis puts forward the strategies according to the requirements for city transformation and the specific problems of yueyang Riverside space.On the other hand,the thesis puts forward strategies to promote the benign development of Yueyang Riverside space from guiding the behavior of the dynamic subjects.
