In the daily life of urban residents, living and employment is the most important two activities. The Job-housing spatial structure of urban residents is an important part of urban spatial structure. The commuting by the separation of the space is an important part of the city's traffic activities.Nowadays,ShangHai`s Job-housing spatial structure imbalance more serious. In recent years, the scale of cities has exceeded the original master plan, and the spatial structure of multi-center cities has not really formed, which leads to the increase of job separation and commuter demand.Recent years, the steady progress of government public information.Smart data generated by smartphones, public transport smart cards and credit cards, and open data from commercial websites and government websites have contributed to the current "new data environment".The data generated in the “new data environment” can be large-scale,multi-dimensional description of human activities under the microscopic scale.Data(LBS)based on mobile devices has become one of the most important sources of large data, which provides a new way of thinking and research for urban problems. This study will be based on multivariate data, using empirical analysis and quantitative analysis, with Geospatial information platform(ArcGIS),multi-dimensional descripte the living space distribution and resident commute. And summarize the dislocation characteristics of Job-housing Space in Shanghai. At the same time, through the comparative study method, the reliability of the verification data and the accuracy of the conclusion are compared. The core of this study has four sections.First of all, combined with static census data preliminary study of Shanghai population living and employment space distribution. Then based on the LBS data, interpretate Shanghai`s population Commute situation and verify the results of public transportation with real-time travel data.Next, analysis thespatial distribution of population at day nad night, and summarize the dislocation characteristics of job-housing spatial mismatch. Finally, based on the balance of employment perspective, discuss the layout of Shanghai`s urban space in the future.
