As the Town Gas supplement scale enlarging gradually,the importance of controlling the supply and marketing growing prominent,it is very necessary to study the key factor—calculate deviation.The article researches from selecting measurement conditions(temperature,pressure)and flow-meter range on the basis of relevant statistical data in N city,comes to the measurement conditions range that urge to take steps of temperature,pressure compensation,and provides reference of flow-meter selection with matching coefficient method.According to the research of surroundings temperature's influence to the gas temperature inside pipeline,this text draws a conclusion that atmospheric temperature has a positive correlation with low tension pipeline gas temperature.On the other hand,this article figures out the measurement error range —measurement conditions that can work without setting temperature-pressure compensation according to the research of temperature-pressure,calculation error situation on the grounds of N city's historical database.In order to research the flow-meter range ability impact on gas measurement,as known gas monthly demand,the text calculate hourly peak gas consumption with inhomogeneous coefficient method.According to the history database,coming to the conclusion that commercial customer's monthly peak consumption nonuniform coefficient 1.4,daily peak consumption nonuniform coefficient 1.2,hourly peak consumption nonuniform coefficient 3.2.By comparison of different flow-meter ranges calculation database,it is concluded that the mismatching of flow-meter ranges and fluctuating range of gas load will lead to serious cumulative measurement deviation,and then affect the quantity difference between supply and marketing.In order to research the matching of flow-meter ranges and fluctuating range of gas load,it is concluded that commercial stove user's maximum simultaneously work coefficient ? range between 0.6 and 0.8,and it's recommended ? take 0.669,on the grounds of history and tracing measured database of N city.This paper come up to matching coefficient method to calculate common gas load flow range,and draw a conclusion that matching coefficient can range between 0.049 and 0.8,while N city's matching coefficient range between 0.049 and 0.669.According to the application in practice and comparison analysis before and after the flow-meter is replaced,the text validates the superiority of matching coefficient method and can provide reference to engineering practice.
