The Causes And Countermeasures Research Of Urban Pipeline Gas Supply And Marketing Deviation

This paper studied the recent research status at home and abroad, made the study meaning and related calculation formula clear about supply and marketing deviation rate. This research calculated supply and marketing deviation of some regions in Beijing, analysed the causes and the existing problems of this deviation, then the influence of the chargeable business factors such as check measuring instrument and gas use level to this deviation. This research also provided the analysis of the system of laws and regulations, as long as some technology to prevent stealing gas. There was a brief analysis of the influence of production operation to gas supply and marketing deviation. From the construction quality, pipeline corrosion, pipeline pipe network leakage, third party damage, this research analysed these influence to the deviation of supply and marketing. This research also analysed the infect of measurement and technology such as instrument selection, area measurement, intelligent measurement, inspection operations and cycle test to control supply and marketing deviation. And the solutions to decrease supply and marketing deviation were focus on the management of the chargeable business, checking measuring instrument, three steps to crack down on illegal use of gas, strengthening construction quality control, technical renovation to eliminate hidden dangers, set up the area measurement model and application of intelligent metering technology.
