The difference between household heat metering and the traditional heating in the design lies in calculation of the neighbouring room heat load and the allocation of heating fee. It is difficult to compute the neighbouring room heating load, because the heating load is affected by the heating rate, heating performance of outside protected constructions, external disturbance, partition heat-transfer performance, the construction position of dwellers, sustainability of dwellers' economy and ratio of energy saving and so on. The paper looks on the ratio of the neighbouring room heat load and design heating load in the common heating as additional coefficient. In addition, heat transfer between neighboring doors causes allocation problems of heating fee. Therefore it is significant to research the additional coefficient of heating load of heat transfer between neighboring door from the union point between comfort and economics and equitable allocation method of heating fee.In view of above analysis, the paper established random heating model, studied such influence on additional coefficient as the neighbouring room heat load which is affected by the heating ratio, heating performance about outside protected construction, the external disturbance, partition heat-transfer performance, position of inhabitant and sustainability of inhabitant's economy. The primary work of the paper is following: The paper has established the model of heat transfer between neighboring doors, and analyzed the room temperature response curves in the combination conditions of additional coefficient, base room temperature of neighbouring rooms and partitions. The paper has ascertained appropriate heating ratio and analyzed different influence factors on additional coefficient.The paper has calculated excess investment of heat radiators due to household heat metering in response to different factors of assurance under the three metering metheds, calculated investment and profit and payback periods of heat metering and analysed change law of additional coefficient. The paper has improved the allocation methods of heating load of neighboring doors based on allocation coefficient of correction of common heating.The concusion of the paper can be used when calculating neighbouring room heat load and heating fee allocation.
