Electromagnetic relay is the most unreliable components in the aerospace,military electronic components,so its failure is the most attention.Life test is the basic means to analyze and evaluate the performance of the relay.If the life test system itself the reliability and stability of doubt,will lead to the evaluation of life or reliability of the relay test result is credible directly.Currently aerospace relay enterprise or related research units,the general use of the annual measurement test,to determine whether the life test system is available.However,the conventional verification and testing system can not reflect the reliability and stability of the system is unable to distinguish the fault alarm is measured due to quality problems caused by the relay itself or by test equipment reliability and instability caused.In view of the above problems,in this paper,reliability analysis and stability analysis of the electromagnetic relay life test system were carried out by using the reliability block diagram analysis method and the measurement system analysis(MSA)method on the basis of the structural analysis of the life test system.Firstly,the reliability modeling and prediction of the life table system were carried out.Analyzed the function and structure of the life system,elaborated on the working principle of life system,analysis of the key monitoring circuit part,found the weak link in the life of the relay station system and the reliability block diagram drawing life table system,the reliability model of system was constructed,and the reliability of stress analysis method of life table system was expected to.Then,based on the reliability test data,Bayes method was used to verify the reliability of the life table system.Through the design of a reasonable verification test plan,the use of calibration test to verify the reliability of the analog voltage method was proposed.In accordance with the previous experience of life testing,obtain the prior distribution information of Bayes,and combined with the experimental data obtained from the validation test,the distribution of the posterior distribution was derived,and then the Bayes inference of the reliability of the life testing system was obtained.Finally,based on the MSA theory,the stability,bias,repeatability and reproducibility of the system were determined,and the conclusion was drawn.The main error sources of the system were analyzed,and the main error was evaluated.Data sampling measurements were performed according to the MSA analysis procedure.The stability,accuracy,reproducibility and reproducibility of the life test system were evaluated by Mintab.The mean-standard deviation control chart of the life test system was made,and evaluated whether the life test system meets the acceptable criteria specified in the MSA analysis.
