Because of the shortcomings and drawbacks of the traditional charging equipment used in time-sharing leasing business,this paper proposes an intelligent charging pile control system,which consists of external testing equipment,charging pile controller,wireless communication network and monitoring management system.This control system is used to improve the intelligence and networking of the management and maintenance of service points,reduce the costs of operating service points.Based on the operational requirements of the service points,determining the overall structure of the charging pile control system,and proposing a detection scheme of charging plug status and a management scheme of parking space based on geomagnetic detection and radio frequency identification.According to the latest national standards of charging interface in 2015,analyzing the working principle and components of AC and DC charging functions,and determining the main technical parameters of the charging functions.Analyze the construction layout and usage of the service points,proposing a wireless communication network of the charging pile control system that composed of Zigbee network technology and GPRS network technology.Based on the above analysis and design,the functional requirements of the charging pile controller and monitoring management system were determined.Using STM32F429ZGT6 as the main control chip of the charging pile controller,designing including the peripheral circuit of the main control chip,the control pilot circuit,the detection circuit of AC charging current and voltage,and the interface circuit of each external detection equipment to complete the hardware design and manufacture of the charging pile controller.Based on the ?C/OS-III real-time operating system,programming the task processing programs for communication,AC charging function,and the management function of parking space,etc.Using CC2530F256 as the main chip of the Zigbee network device,selecting the GPRS module device to complete the handware design of the network data collection terminal.Based on the Z-Stack 2007 of Texas Instruments,designing the application processing program of coordinator and end device.On the operating system of Cent OS 7.4 of Ali Cloud Server,setting up the operating environment of the monitoring and management system.Programming and configuring the background processing program based on Socket API.Based on React framework,use antd component library to complete the design of the front-end interactive program.Build the simulation test platform for the intelligent charging pile control system.Using the test platform,test the network communication function between the various components in the charging pile control system,AC charging function,and the detection and recognition function of parked vehicles.Verify if the main functions of the control system can satisfy the expected requirements.
