With the development of society,resonant wireless charging technology has entered into people's lives,so as to solve the troubles caused by all kinds of complicated power lines and charging data lines to people's lives.The resonant wireless charging system researched in this paper is mainly used for wireless group charging of multiple mobile devices,and real-time monitoring and feedback of its power supply DC power supply state and cell phone group charging status information.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the following contents.The premise of safe and stable operation of the resonant wireless charging system is that the power supplied by the DC power supply is very stable,so we first need to design a DC power supply for its system.The design of DC power supply mainly includes three parts,the main circuit,the control circuit and the auxiliary power supply circuit.The design of the schematic diagram of each part of the circuit is carried out respectively,Select the parameters of the components,and then make the PCB board.Finally,the DC power prototype is manufactured,and its performance is tested to verify the feasibility and correctness of its design.According to the test results,it meets the requirements of the DC power supply of the resonant wireless charging system.Design and fabrication of resonant power supply DC power supply wireless charging system is completed,then the system's model will be established,including the introduction to the working principle,the selection of high frequency inverter topology and the system resonant topology structure,the design of the driving circuit,the design of the power conversion module,the design of the control system and the design of the system's own reverse communication scheme are designed.and finally,through the PSIM simulation software,the power transmission and reverse communication principle of the resonant wireless charging system are verified and analyzed,and the correctness and feasibility of the scheme is verified.The resonant wireless charging system is used for wireless charging multiple phones.Through the design of the monitoring system,the power supply state of the mobile phone wireless group and the power supply state of the DC power supply can be fed back in real time,and the communication management machine is the core of its monitoring system.The monitoring of the state of the power supply is mainly based on sampling the output voltage and current,and then sending it to the host MCU for processing.The communication between the host MCU and the touch panel can monitor the state of the power supply in real time.For group monitoring of mobile electric devices,this paper mainly uses RS-485 communication to enable host MCU to communicate with group charging devices,and then host MCU will communicate with touchscreen to display the charging status of group charging devices in real-time.
