From the analog communications of the 1G era to the GSM standards of 2G,to the current 3G,4G and the upcoming 5G era,people are enjoying increasingly convenient and streamlined communications.To achieve good communication quality and signal coverage,communication systems consume more and more energy.To solve the power supply problem,using solar energy is the most economical and effective way to develop a green energy-saving system.However,solar cells and antennas are separated independently,which undoubtedly detrimental to the development of miniaturization and portability of communication systems.Based on the above research background,this thesis contains the following researches:1.Study on the integration of solar cells and radio frequency identification systems.RFID(radiofrequency identification system)card reader device is composed of active circuits and antennas,so the integration of the solar cell and reader antenna can meet the "self-sufficient" requirements.The antenna adopts the form of microstrip coupling feeding so the radiating patch can keep flat,and the solar panel can be placed on the radiating patch.Since the structure of the solar cell contains a layer of metallic Ag,in theory solar panels can also act as radiation patches.Adjusting the size of the I-groove and the size of the radiation patch makes the antenna work at a frequency of 915 MHz.2.Study on the integration of solar cells with a WiFi antenna.Designed a divide-by-four power splitter monopole antenna array.Due to the omnidirectional of monopole antenna radiation,antenna can be inverted to make the flat floor upward,so that the solar panels can be placed on the floor,without affecting the solar cell lighting at the same time the antenna and the solar cell integrated together.3.Study on the integration of solar cells and cell phone antennas,designed a photovoltaic antenna integrated with solar cells and cell phone antennas.This antenna is a variation of the traditional monopole antenna and uses two radiating elements to achieve multiple resonances,which is required for multiple frequency bands used in cell phone communication.Replacing original cell phone battery with solar cells does no affect on the antenna radiation but also helps solve the problem of cell phone battery standby time.
