As an important branch of rehabilitation medical equipment,The lower limb body rehabilitation device has a good supporting role in rehabilitation training for patients with lower limb disability.It has become a research hotspot in the field of rehabilitation engineering at home and abroad,and its research is of great significance.The lower limb rehabilitation device designed in this paper is a new structure of rehabilitation medical equipment.It is specially designed for patients with lower extremity motor dysfunction.It has the advantages of simple structure and convenient control,so it has a certain economic practicality.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Ergonomic analysis of the lower limb of the human body,to collect human body size parameters,to study the lower limb of the human body structure and the lower limb joint degrees of freedom,and to analyze the gait of normal people.These provide a reference for the lower limb rehabilitation of some of the main structural design and gait control.(2)Structural design of the lower limb rehabilitation device.The rehabilitation device is mainly composed of a bed frame,bed plate,upper limb stent and imitation leg lower limb movement mechanism.The length of the upper arm and the leg can be adjusted according to the patients with different height;the leg lower limb motion mechanism can imitate the walking track of normal people and realize the rehabilitation training of lower limbs of human body.Modeling and assembling of the rehabilitation components by using the Creo software,and getting the 3D model of lower limb rehabilitation device.(3)Kinematics simulation analysis was carried out using ADAMS software on the lower limb movement mechanism under physical rehabilitation.The curves of gait trajectory,displacement,velocity,acceleration,angle of joint and motor torque with time were obtained.Compared with the design parameters,the rationality and safety of the mechanism design are verified.(4)Based on the ABAQUS finite element analysis software,the finite element analysis of the main force components in the lower limb rehabilitation device was carried out.The maximum stress of the parts are obtained.Compared with the material properties,the strength are verified to meet the design requirements.
