According to statistics released by the China Disabled Persons' Federation at the end of 2010,the total number of disabled people in China is 85.02 million,of which the number of disabled people with lower limb amputations is more than 1.2million.In order to be able to stand up for a normal life after amputation,patients generally choose to install prosthetics.However,whether the installation of prosthesis is reasonable and achieves the best treatment effect requires a complete set of physical examination,walking ability measurement and gait analysis and evaluation by doctors,therapists and orthotics technicians.There is currently no good way to evaluate it quantitatively,and gait analysis can provide doctors with objective quantitative kinematics and dynamics basis.The key of gait analysis is to adopt a more accurate gait detection system.The new gait detection system has become a research focus for domestic and foreign scholars.The research content of this paper is the gait analysis of the patients with lower limb amputation who install the prosthesis.On the basis of reading a large number of references at home and abroad,in view of the problems in the in-service gait detection system,such as the poor portability of acquisition equipment,the inaccuracy of gait signal recognition and detection,a portable and accurate gait detection method for lower limb amputees is proposed.On this basis,the overall design of the gait detection system for patients with lower limb amputation,including the overall framework design of the test system,portable structure design,sensor system,data acquisition system,data transmission system and data processing system are analyzed.Based on the overall design of the technical route,MPU-6050 six-axis motion sensor is selected to realize gait signal sensing,and STM32F103C8T6 is used as the core controller of the control module to control the data reading,data sending and receiving frequency,data processing and storage of the gait detection system.ESP-12 S wireless module is used to realize wireless transmission and reception of data,USB is used for data communication of upper computer.According to this thinking,the circuit design and software design of the gait detection system for lower limb amputees are carried out.Data processing after data sensing is the key.Posture estimation is performed using acceleration and angular velocity gait data measured by a motion sensor,in which sensor errors and drifts are eliminated using a quaternion-based complementary filtering algorithm,and the key gait phase detection algorithm proposed in this paper is used to process the gait signal,and the results of gait evaluation parameters such as the number of steps,the proportion of gait cycle,the gait frequency and the symmetry are output.According to the above content,the experimental platform was built to study the gait of 8 healthy subjects in the laboratory environment.The results show that the wearable gait detection system designed and developed in this paper has stable data collection,reliable wireless data transmission,and the key gait phase detection algorithm can identify and detect the gait cycle and key phase well,and output gait evaluation parameter results.The detection rate of key gait phase and gait cycle is99.63% and the detection error of gait speed is 0%.The system can effectively perform gait detection,and then provide objective quantitative basis for doctors to judge the rationality and treatment effect of patients wearing prosthetics.
