With the rapid development of China's economy and the improvement of people's living standards,the rehabilitation of patients with hemiplegia and stroke has received wide attention from the society.At present,the rehabilitation equipment usually used by these patients is the erectile rehabilitation of the lower limbs,but the erecting function does not provide direct and effective lower limb training.The function and training method are relatively simple,which can not meet the different rehabilitation stages of patients with hemiplegia and stroke.The training requirements result in the patient losing confidence in rehabilitation.Therefore,in this paper,the lower limb gait rehabilitation training is the research object,taking the user's perceptual needs as the starting point,using the theory and research method of Kansei engineering and product system design,the perceptual design research on the lower limb gait rehabilitation system is promoted.The user experience of the lower limb gait rehabilitation system improves the patient's condition and enhances the patient's recovery confidence.This paper first studies the existing academic achievements of the lower limb gait rehabilitation system,summarizes and summarizes the theoretical research of product system design and Kansei engineering,and obtains the general process of product system design and perceptual research of lower limb rehabilitation equipment.Through user interviews,field research and questionnaire survey methods,the user's pain points are tapped and the user's needs are sorted out.Using the method of Kansei engineering,the emotional vocabulary image space model and product sample library of the lower limb gait rehabilitation system are established,and the user requirements and product design elements are respectively combined with the representative image vocabulary,and scored and quantified by the Likert scale.Based on the method of statistical analysis,a user demand model and a product design factor model based on the theory of Kansei engineering are established.Using the theory of Kansei engineering to assist product system design,the user's perceptual needs are transformed into the elements that guide product design.Finally,the design strategy of lower limb gait rehabilitation system is proposed,and the concept of "Internet+medical" is integrated to apply the perceptual design elements to product design.And interaction design practices.It provides a reference for the combination of ergonomics and product system design,and makes a useful attempt to closely combine design theory research with product system development.
