Spatial Structure Evolution And Its Influencing Factors In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Area

As the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has become a national strategy,research on the adjustment and optimization of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban layout and spatial structure has become a hot topic.From the world's well-developed urban living style,we can see that both the development of urban agglomerations and urban development follow the circular pattern of “urbanization-suburbanization-counterurbanization-reurbanization ”.The major cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei experienced suburbanization in the 1990 s.After nearly 20 years of rapid urbanization,what has changed in the urban spatial structure of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei? What is the role of the spatial layout of cities and towns is the key issue to be discussed in this paper.Therefore,this research analyzed Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban spatial structure evolution from three aspects of residence,employment and industrial structure.At the same time analyzed the causes of these changes by building a panel data and fixed effect model.According to these results,put forward policy suggestions on optimization of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration spatial structure,helping Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration develops a world-class urban agglomeration.First of all,the study introduced domestic research status and research status abroad,and expounded the study's spatial structure theory and the theory of urban suburbanization,so that can provided theoretical support for the empirical analysis of the article.At the same time,introduced the related concepts involved in the article.Secondly,made a simple analysis of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban spatial structure evolution by living density growth and employment density growth.Then made a quantitative analysis of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei' s living space,employment space and industry space of suburbanization by building Bradford-Kelejian index.Based on the above result,the spatial structure evolution of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region was re-examined by using ArcGIS spatial analysis method from a regional perspective.Thirdly,analyzed factors how to affect the spatial structure evolution of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomerationthe by the panel data-fixed effect model.Finally,according to the researchresults above,puts forward policy suggestions aiming at optimizing the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban spatial structure and promoting the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
