The Research Of Grid Planning In A City Along The Coast

The 220 kV power grid is the key component of reginal power grid,which is closely related to power system security and stability,power supply capacity for customer demand,and social and economic benefits.Therefore,it is a crucial issue to investigate on reginal power grid planning and build up a more reasonable and efficient power grid.Although the reginal power grid of a certain costal city has been elementarily built up,the structural weaknesses problem of the 220 kV power grid is still intractable and needs to be resolved due to the rapidly increasing load demand during China’s 13 th five-year plan.With the social and economic development and the expending scale of urban construction in a certain coastal city,it poses great challenges on power grid construction and how to coordinate the relationship between urban development and power grid construction.Thus,it is necessary to research on reginal power grid planning to promote the power grid construction and enhance the adaptive ability of power grid to the changes in external conditions.According to the social and economic development situation of a coastal city and its future targets,this paper makes an investigation on the existing conditions of power sources and power netowrk,and makes a load forecasting of reginal power grid for the target years considering the analysis of the historical electricity quantity.After taking into account the layout of power sources and the structure of reginal power grid,this paper makes a prediction of power demand for the target years.Based on the actual situation of a certain costal city,this paper determines the location of power stations.In the process of 220 kV target grid planning in a certain costal city,the planning principle,denoted by “concise and near”,is adopted.And then,different construction schemes are put forward in phases.Finally,a safe,reliable,economic,and flexible target grid is constructed.To sum up,the proposed target grid,which is with high safety margin,is adapted to the economic development and can guarantee the power supply reliability.The structure and content of this paper is logical and well organized,and this paper not only can be applied to long-term 220 kV power grid construction and transformation and urban integrated planning,but also can be used to achieve the goal of “three-in-one” strategy and guide the prevention and control of land-use of power substation and transmission line corridor.
