| Power grid planning is an important part of national economy and social development in its belonged area. It is also one of the important foundations of the long-term development planning of the electric power enterprise itself. The level and quality of planning directly affect the safety, reliability and economy of power supply. It is to meet the needs of electricity and load growth, improve the distribution network supply capacity and power quality, protect the development of the national economy and the social and residents of high quality electricity, ensure the sustainable development of electric power enterprises. How to improve the level of power grid planning in Pingxiang County is a urgent issue of current electric power construction.Firstly, this paper analyzes regional economic development of Pingxiang County, and the development status of regional power grid, the main economic and technical indicators of distribution network planning. Secondly, it is based on the growth trend of historical load and the load characteristics, the customer use of electricity and its historical growth trend, the customer reported loading and its development. With the method of comprehensive analysis and mathematical analysis, it analyzes the electric power demand in the planning area. Finally, according to the overall development of Pingxiang County, we study the distribution network planning of the different voltage levels. The need for new energy development for the rural county were analyzed, charging load forecasting for new energy electric vehicle charging station and charging pile location and volume, electric vehicles were analyzed for Rural counties were 20 MWp photovoltaic power plants planning and design. |
