The train digital broadcasting controller is the core of the train digital broadcasting system.With the increase of the high quality audio and video service of the train digital broadcasting system and people's need for the reliability and system maintenance of the digital broadcasting system,the digital broadcasting system of the train has put forward new requirements for the digital broadcasting controller of the train.In view of the above requirements,a digital broadcasting controller based on HomePlug is designed in this thesis.First,the digital broadcasting controller provides the HomePlug power line carrier network interface,the Gigabit Ethernet interface and the MVB(Multifunction Vehicle Bus)network interface.Among them,the HomePlug power line carrier network interface is used to form the backbone of the equipment communication between the carriages,and the Gigabit Ethernet interface is used to make up the communication LAN between the terminal equipment of the car compartment.The MVB network interface is used to form a communication network between the train digital broadcasting system and the train control and management system.Secondly,the digital broadcasting controller adopts the circuit redundancy design method on the HomePlug power line carrier network and the MVB network,which improves the reliability of the communication network of the digital broadcasting system.Finally,the digital broadcasting controller also provides USB interface and RS232 interface,which are used for system maintenance,system upgrade and equipment debugging.In this thesis,the structure of the train digital broadcasting system and the related technologies of the train digital broadcasting controller are described firstly.Then,the requirement analysis is carried out and the overall design scheme of the digital broadcasting controller is proposed.Next,the thesis introduces the hardware circuit design of the main control module,communication module and power module in detail.Subsequently,the selection of PCB stack,layout,wiring and DDR3 simulation are introduced combined with the knowledge of signal integrity and EMC in the PCB design.After that,the hardware tests including hardware basic testing,functional testing and performance testing are carried out,and test results are reached.Finally,the conclusion is given and the development direction of digital broadcasting controller is prospected.
