| As the hub of sea land transportation and the gateway to China’s opening to the outside world,the port has a very important strategic significance for promoting foreign trade,developing the marine economy and implementing the strategy of the ocean power.However,with the development of port group and the increasing scale of port,the malicious competition between ports is becoming more and more serious,which leads to the waste of port resources.In order to optimize the allocation of port resources and clarify the essence of port group development,it is urgent to study the development and evolution of regional port groups.In order to characterize the dynamic and hierarchical nature of the scale of the port group,analyze the characteristics and evolution laws of the scale development of the port group,this paper puts forward the research method of port group size distribution and port European group scale classification.First,in order to evaluate the port size difference within the port group,the index system that characterizing the scale difference of the port group is constructed.Taking the throughput as the index,we use the index of variation coefficient and Gini coefficient to evaluate the internal difference among ports in the regional port group.Secondly,in order to analyze the development characteristics of the port group,the first theory and the sequence scale theory are used to analyze the size distribution of the port group,and the Apriori algorithm is used to judge whether the port group is in accordance with the numeric standard of the order scale distribution according to the port first degree index.Finally,in order to quantitatively analyze the evolution law of the port group,the K mean algorithm and the EM algorithm are used to get the port classification standard.Based on this standard,the development and evolution law of the port group is analyzed,and the DBSCAN algorithm is used to study the port classification standards which consider the regional economy.Considering the approaching maturity of EU port construction,it is helpful to reflect the evolution characteristics of port group.This paper,taking the EU port group as an example,applies the index system and research method proposed in this paper to analyze the scale difference of the port group,the size distribution of the port group,the reasonable judgment standard of the port first degree,the scale classification standard of the port group,the evolution trend of the port group and the development trend of the port and port.The resultsshow that: the EU port system is in line with rank size distribution,and the port size of high order ports is not outstanding,and the distribution of throughput is increasingly concentrated.By using the Apriori algorithm,the numerical standard of the first index to judge the port of port group in accordance with the rank size distribution is obtained.The growth rate of port throughput will decrease with the decrease of port size,and the dependence on regional economy decreases with the decrease of port grade,and the growth rate of port throughput is lower than GDP growth rate.On the basis of the analysis of the scale difference of the port group,this paper uses the first theory and the sequence scale theory to get the size distribution characteristics of the port group,and uses the data mining technology to get the classification standard of the port group,and then analyzes the evolution law of the port group.It provides a new way of thinking for regional port group evaluation,optimizing port group resource allocation and enriching the theoretical research of port group.It provides a theoretical basis for the rational distribution of regional ports,and is of reference to the formulation of port planning at all levels. |
