Rule-based Context-aware Process Mining For Ports

As the transportation hub for international trade,the port show significant uncertainty characteristics.Uncertainties from various sources increase the risk of port process operations.Therefore,the port needs to have a certain degree of "flexibility" in the operation process,so that it can discover the objective process view according to the specific situation information,analyze the deviation,and realize the response to the situation change,reduce the loss,improve the resource utilization rate,and improve the port process efficiency.Aiming at this problem,this paper takes the port operation process as the research object,adopting a more flexible declarative process modeling method,analyzing and demonstrating the flexibility of port process;and uses literature analysis to identify the highly complex process scenarios of the port,and finally proposes a fusion.The research use a new method based on the decision tree to analyze how the complex situation to influence the port process,and the process model in different situations,namely the process rules,is obtained.The paper provides a new analytical method framework to improve the port efficiency from the perspective of process management.The main research contents are as follows:1.Port logistics flexibility analysis.Taking port enterprises as research objects,collecting business rules for obtaining ports through business process manuals,personnel interviews,etc.,establishing port ideal process models;collecting port event logs in port enterprise databases,using rule-based declarative process mining methods to build actual process model;By comparing the ideal process model with the actual process model,the flexibility of the port process is demonstrated.2.Establish a port situation indicator system.Firstly,the literature analysis method is used to sort out the literature on the influencing factors of the port in the past 5 years,to analyze the factors affecting port operations.Secondly,using the method of scene description,analyze the different influencing factors for specific process scenarios,obtain the situational requirements under specific scenarios,and finally establish the port context indicator system in a specific situation.3.Excavate and analyze the port process model in different situations.Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to combine situation data with process data in traditional process mining,a new method based on decision tree algorithm to analyze the complex situation in flexible process is proposed.Explore the process model of a port in different contexts.This provides a theoretical basis for the port to increase the efficiency of process operations.
