Study On The Social Contribution Evaluation Of Drivers Based On Taxi Operation Data

With the acceleration of urbanization,the position of taxi industry in the urban passenger transportation system is becoming more and more important.The connection between the taxi industry and the society is getting closer.In this process,taxi drivers have received investment,support and assistance from the state and society,such as transportation resources and fuel subsidies.Therefore,the extent to which taxi drivers can contribute to society has become a topic of concern to the nation and society.Evaluating the taxi drivers' social contribution is not only an important form of social supervision,but also has a guiding and encouraging effect on the development of taxi drivers themselves.This article analyzes the current research situation of evaluation for taxi drivers' social contribution and proposes to use real taxi operation data to achieve the social contribution evaluation of taxi drivers.This article puts forward an evaluation idea and method on the basis of clarifying the connotation of taxi drivers' social contribution,which enrolls taxi drivers' social contribution evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation model.It uses the actual taxi operation data to verify the feasibility of the idea.The specific research content is as follows:(1)The taxi driver's social contribution evaluation index system.Following the principles and steps established in the evaluation index system,and comprehensively using taxi operation data to establish a taxi driver's social contribution evaluation index system.The establishing process of this index system mainly includes the calculation and interpretation of evaluation indexes,and index data preprocessing.Finally,an example is used to prove the rationality of the taxi drivers' social contribution evaluation index system.(2)The taxi driver's social contribution evaluation model.Firstly,the weight of each index is calculated by using the weighting method of subjective and objective combination.Secondly,according to the comprehensive evaluation model,the indicator data and weights are synthesized by a comprehensive evaluation value.This paper proposes four comprehensive evaluation methods,and summarizes their characteristics and formulates the description.Each comprehensive evaluation method will obtain a comprehensive evaluation value,and sort the taxi drivers according to the value,so that it achieves the purpose of evaluating the social contribution of taxi drivers.Finally,concrete example illustrates the feasibility of the evaluation model.(3)The processing of taxi operation data.Evaluation of the social contribution of taxi drivers is supported by taxi operation data.However,the original data size is huge and the data quality is poor,so the original taxi operation data needs to be cleaned.On the premise of guaranteeing data quality,the data required for this study was selected and analyzed accordingly.According to the need for indicator calculations,the status of the taxi trajectory was identified,and the passenger mileage and idle mileage were calculated based on the origin-destination data,and the city was divided.The study of this paper has a certain significance.In practical terms,through evaluation of the social contribution of taxi drivers,taxi drivers can maintain their own advantages and improve their own inadequacies based on the evaluation results,and play a positive role in the career development of taxi drivers.The government can scientific manage taxi drivers use the evaluation results.Taxi companies may mobilize the enthusiasm of taxi drivers by adjusting the salary system and rewards and penalties system,so that the company's profits increase.In terms of theory,this paper enriches the research on taxi drivers' social contribution.It proposes a taxi driver social contribution evaluation method based on taxi operating data,and gives specific ideas that can be provided to interested researchers.It can provide some inspiration for interested researchers.
