| In recent years, with the speeding up of the urbanization and the rapid increase of the motor vehicle ownership, convenience was bring by various modes of transport for people to travel, at the same time also brought traffic accidents, traffic congestion, traffic pollution and other negative effects. The satellite positioning data was analyzed which was provided by "The ministry of transport urban taxi service management system" and a competition, relevant parameters were extracted, research on vacant taxi arrival distribution model and road impedance model were completed, the concrete content was included by:In terms of urban vacant taxi arrival distribution model, in-depth analysis of the study where taxi GPS data was used at present stage both at home and abroad. On the basis of a number of studies, satellite positioning data was used to calculate average arrival rate. To make urban vacant taxi distribution model can be applied to more areas and more periods of time, data after pretreatment was statistical analysised. The urban vacant taxi arrival distribution obeys nonhomogeneous poisson distribution with the parameter was the linear function, through the linear piecewise function can automatically calculate the passengers’ average waiting time. In terms of road impedance model, also on the basis of the above data, the various factors were fully analyzed that affect urban road impedance, such as the analytic hierarchy process was used to extract the key factors. The static road impedance model was obtained. By combining the space average speed calculation method with the long road of weighted average speed calculation method, urban vehicles average driving speed was calculated. The dynamic road impedance model was obtained. Then urban road impedance model was obtained. Data calculation shows that the proposed method calculated results and the observation results were basically identical. The relevant software prototype was designed at last.In this paper, the accurate description of the urban vacant arrival distribution model and road impedance model, which is beneficial to establish scientific and reasonable taxi station, taxi dispatching system and taxi taking system. In view of the road network, GPS information and other data sources information fuse together can help to accurately estimate the state of network traffic, help taxi market from traditional extensive management to information management, valuable decision-making basis can be provided for the urban traffic management. |
