In recent years,to achieve the goal of industrialization of construction,the Nation vigorously popularizes fabricated structure.Clearly there are a lot of problems with “the ensemble-first-then-split” design method in the traditional fabricated structure;to combine the BIM technology with the fabricated structure,set up a component base of fabricated structure,then conduct structure design on the basis of component base,the design quality would be improved,meanwhile,the component information in the base could be used as basis in the factory manufacture and on-site assembly process,thus the attenuation in the information transmission process shall be avoided,finally the integration of design,manufacture and construction could be achieved.This article combines the BIM technology with the fabricated confined concrete post and beam construction,the main research contents and results are follows:(1)By analyzing the traditional fabricated structure design method and the inadequacy application of BIM technology,this article proposes a forward design method of fabricated structure BIM on the basis of component base,in different design phases,components with different mould precision shall be chosen,lead the scheme and the mould in primary design phase into the structure analyzing software and get computed,conduct proofreading and checking calculation for the mould in working plan design phase according to the calculations.(2)Take the fabricated confined concrete beam as an example;carry out componentization design in accordance with test results and practical engineering experience,then according to diverse design phases,carry on the classification,encoding and information addition,build moulds with different mould precision in Revit,and set up a parameterized model with nodes connecting the components by high-strength bolt,base plate and steel plate hoop etc.,thereout,the establishment of the component base has been fulfilled.(3)Take the fabricated confined concrete post and beam construction,conduct visual programming in Dynamo,combined with practical engineering,automated modeling shall be achieved in the scheme and primary design phase,lead the mould into the structure analyzing software for calculating,extract bending moment and information in the shearing-force envelope diagram by programming,check calculations of beam bearing capacity,auto-replace the unqualified beam.The nodes connecting components like high-strength bolt,base plate,steel plate hoop etc.also achieve the automated modeling,proofreading and checking calculation.Add location codes to the beam and generate detailed statement for components manufacture and construction guidance.
