With the demand of information construction and industrialization construction of the bridge,the application of BIM technology and the construction of fabricated steel-concrete composite beam bridges will play an increasingly significant role.In view of huge limitations of the application and study of BIM technology in current fabricated steel-concrete composite beam bridges,this paper systematically studies the establishment of the library of fabricated steel-concrete composite beam bridge,the establishment of the parameterized superstructure and substructure BIM model and the standardized design: 1)To solve the problems of defective parameter setting method of bridge BIM model and the lack of parameter hierarchical division,this paper proposes standardized method of parameter setting of bridge BIM model and the principle for multi-level parameter division.2)To solve the problems of insufficient content of bridge BIM library and the serious lack of the content of the fabricated steel-concrete composite beam bridge BIM library,a complete library of the fabricated steel-concrete composite beam bridge was established.3)To solve the problems of low parameterization of bridge BIM model and library components,rare application of fabricated steel-concrete composite beam bridge BIM,a parameterized superstructure and substructure BIM model of fabricated steel-concrete composite beam bridge was established.4)To solve the problems of inefficient and long-term bridge BIM modeling,a fast BIM modeling method for fabricated steel-concrete composite beam bridges was put forward.5)To make up for the inadequacy of common parameter optimization methods in the research of bridge standardization design,a fabricated steel-concrete composite girder bridge design parameter optimization method using multi-objective and multi-variable optimization algorithm was proposed,and a complete set of standardized design parameters was established.6)To solve the problems of low standardization of fabricated steel-concrete composite beam bridges and no standard design drawings,a standard drawing for fabricated steel-concrete composite beam bridge was designed through BIM technology,the standardized design results were improved while incorporating the standardized BIM model.The specific content of the research is as follows:(1)This paper briefly introduces the research background and significance;gives a detailed summary of the current situation of domestic and overseas research of the standardized design of prefabricated steel-concrete composite beam bridge,the establishment of bridge BIM model and the development of bridge BIM library.(2)This paper summarizes the existing application functions of BIM technology and the software for function implementation,conducts comparison and selection of current mainstream BIM core modeling software.Then,based on the classification principle of the accuracy of geometric expression of BIM model,this paper determines the accuracy level of the BIM modeling.Next,this paper proposes the parameter classification method in the bridge BIM model,summarizes the types of parameters,and determines the standard method for various parameter settings,so as to provide guidance for the parameterized BIM modeling.Then,this paper proposes the multi-level parameter division principle to lay the foundation for building a high-level parameterized BIM model.This paper explains the secondary development method using Revit,and selects the development language and development environment.(3)Based on the current domestic and overseas information classification system of the construction sector,this paper establishes a BIM model unit classification system applicable to fabricated steel-concrete composite beam bridge,establishes a complete set of highly parameterized library components for composite steel box girder bridge and composite steel plate girder bridge,elaborates on the modeling methods and parameter setting content of each library component,and improves the library content of fabricated steel-concrete composite beam bridge.Based on the established BIM model unit classification system,this paper establishes a systematic library of prefabricated steel-concrete composite beam bridge,and realizes standardized management of library components for the convenience of library component retrieval and repeated use.(4)The composite steel plate bridge is classified into three standard spans: 30 m,35m,and 40 m,and the composite steel box girder bridge is classified into four standard spans: 35 m,40m,50 m,and 60 m.Then,the four-lane and six-lane parameterized superstructure BIM models are established respectively.A fabricated steel-concrete composite beam curved bridge parameterized BIM model is established to satisfy the actual project demands;a parametric substructure BIM model of the fabricated steel-concrete composite beam bridge was established to match the superstructure BIM model.Then,this paper proposes a quick BIM modeling method for fabricated steel-concrete composite beam bridge,and prepares a quick BIM modeling program for fabricated steel-concrete composite beam bridge to implement this method into interface.Next,this paper successfully applies the quick BIM modeling method to an engineering case,Guangzhou Dongxin Viaduct Project,which verifies the validity of the proposed method.(5)This paper proposes parameter optimization method for fabricated steel-concrete composite beam bridge,and adopts multi-objective and multi-variable optimization algorithm for parameter optimization.Through parameter optimization of composite steel box girder bridge and composite steel plate girder bridge with different standard spans and different numbers of lanes,this paper obtains a full set of optimized design parameters,and conducts finite element calculation.Through BIM-based standard design of fabricated steel-concrete composite beam bridge,this paper establishes a standardized BIM model of the composite beam bridge,prepares a standardized design drawing according to the standardized BIM model,which greatly improves the efficiency of two-dimensional drawing compilation.After incorporating the standardized BIM model into the standardized design results,this paper obtains a multidimensional comprehensive standardized design result of fabricated steel-concrete composite beam bridge.
