| As a space carrier of Buddhist culture,Buddhist temples are important sites for cultural exchanges.Under the influence of the protection strategies of religious buildings in our country,many famous Buddhist temples have been preserved as cultural relics and have become an important part of the city’s historical heritage.At the same time,in the context of the protection of intangible cultural heritage,folk activities around some Buddhist temples have also survived.With the continuous development of economy,the status quo of the Buddhist temple in Xi’an is also facing a series of problems.Many Buddhist temples have transitioned into commercialization and secularization,and even some Buddhist temples have dismantled cultural relics and established new Buddhist temple spaces.At the same time,some folk activities related to Buddhist temples have lost their own self-worth due to the transition to commercialization.These phenomena fully reflect the contradiction between the development of Buddhist sites and the new era.This article takes the main Buddhist temples in Xi ’ an as the research object.After consulting literature,field research and other methods,they conducted research from the history of temple construction,space environment,and venue activities and found that temples and related folk customs interact with each other.There is a lack of attention to site use in the development of the common development and the current situation of Buddhist temples.There is no integration of folklore activities and other site use conditions into the protection of Buddhist temples.Many traditional folk activities are restricted by the space environment.To sum up,the author believes that for Xi’an,the space environment of the Buddhist temple building is facing problems such as insufficient protection,serious commercialization,and insufficient management level of the monastery,which cannot provide a good place environment for related folk activities.Thus promoting Buddhisttemples in various ways.Building space environment protection. |
